| 2025-03-19 17:46 | Skylark | should def do more stab dmg |
| 2025-03-19 17:46 | Skylark | but drg has both psi and dam mod |
| 2025-03-19 17:46 | Skylark | hero for example compare grf vs tua bci stab, tua has psi mod grf has dmg mod, maybe they end up doing the same? |
| 2025-03-19 17:46 | Rood | Thren Bronx @2e |
| 2025-03-19 17:45 | Skylark | yea i agree a little bigger part |
| 2025-03-19 17:45 | Vahva | but i don't currently have any investment in bci, so i get why that'd be furstrating |
| 2025-03-19 17:45 | Vahva | i think using the big brute races for it is a side-affect of minmaxing when there wasn't any other modifier, makes sense to me to have the psionic thing play a bigger part |
| 2025-03-19 17:45 | Skylark | more than 5x the tnl of tua |
| 2025-03-19 17:44 | Skylark | should still be less than drg |
| 2025-03-19 17:44 | Summasault | it's DOUBLE! |
| 2025-03-19 17:44 | Skylark | and drg have 5% psi mod, tua 10%, so just that 5% diff is enuf to get a tua, with their low tnl, to out dmg a drg with a stab? |
| 2025-03-19 17:43 | Skylark | look at the tnl |
| 2025-03-19 17:43 | Summasault | black dragons live in the shadows, although Isuppose they're not really 'for hire' |
| 2025-03-19 17:43 | Thaldur | feels very much in-theme though. the meta evolved to just make a brute BCI due to night cloak but the class is a psionic assassin type |
| 2025-03-19 17:43 | Skylark | i saw a tua lord bci outdamaging bkd bci, that doesnt seem right |
| 2025-03-19 17:42 | Skylark | *op |
| 2025-03-19 17:42 | Skylark | i like the idea but it seems perhaps a bit too opp atm |
| 2025-03-19 17:42 | Malaclypse | dunno |
| 2025-03-19 17:42 | Thaldur | maybe it takes into account psi mod plus racial damage? |
| 2025-03-19 17:41 | Malaclypse | his babies |
| 2025-03-19 17:41 | Malaclypse | speak with daeron please |
| 2025-03-19 17:41 | Skylark | so with the current psionic racial bump on stabs for bci, tua are out damaging fdk or drg bci |
| 2025-03-19 17:40 | Malaclypse | hum/ath |
| 2025-03-19 17:40 | Skylark | so it seems fdk do not have a psionice bump, just a general -2% spell cost reduction |
| 2025-03-19 17:40 | Malaclypse | er yes |
| 2025-03-19 17:39 | Thaldur | 400 for foci/fort, 500 for awen |
| 2025-03-19 17:39 | Thaldur | i believe so |
| 2025-03-19 17:39 | Skylark | base cost for ath fort is 400 right? |
| 2025-03-19 17:36 | Fuchsia | do fdk have a psionic mod? |
| 2025-03-19 17:08 | Darkness | sorry back |
| 2025-03-19 17:08 | Darkness | lode @2e fol dark |
| 2025-03-19 17:03 | Bronx | lode @ Darkness |
| 2025-03-19 16:58 | Bronx | bye |
| 2025-03-19 16:58 | Rood | Laters |

| 2025-03-19 16:52 | Darkness | lode @2e fol dark |
| 2025-03-19 16:45 | Darkness | yeah interesting gear combinations |
| 2025-03-19 16:45 | Voron | at hero it might be helpful though. heal domo |
| 2025-03-19 16:45 | Malaclypse | so maybe you can find something |
| 2025-03-19 16:45 | Malaclypse | there are some other healing power items |
| 2025-03-19 16:45 | Voron | but maybe it's just a differnet way to play the game :) |
| 2025-03-19 16:45 | Voron | maybe he has more fun gear planned! |
| 2025-03-19 16:45 | Malaclypse | nod, potentially |
| 2025-03-19 16:44 | Darkness | but they will take so much more dmg tanking with that it would not offset |
| 2025-03-19 16:44 | Widepants | sweet! |
| 2025-03-19 16:44 | Malaclypse | yep |
| 2025-03-19 16:44 | Widepants | so a shf wearing a heal power barding will find increased healing through vamp fang? |
| 2025-03-19 16:43 | Volexios | one day, when I am a fully grown fdk, I will destroy those psionists just for fun! mwahaha! |
| 2025-03-19 16:43 | Voron | I Believe vampire touch is technically 'leech' |
| 2025-03-19 16:42 | Malaclypse | is the basis |
| 2025-03-19 16:42 | Voron | is damage dealt still impactful as well? |
| 2025-03-19 16:42 | Volexios | thanks! |
| 2025-03-19 16:42 | Volexios | yes |
| 2025-03-19 16:42 | Malaclypse | :) |
| 2025-03-19 16:42 | Voron | ready volex? |
| 2025-03-19 16:42 | Voron | Fun, thanks |
| 2025-03-19 16:41 | Volexios | psi in displacer got me |
| 2025-03-19 16:41 | Volexios | can I get help with a corpse retrieval please? |
| 2025-03-19 16:41 | Terath | so ud breath is manageable for challengers again? |
| 2025-03-19 16:39 | Fuchsia | ouch |
| 2025-03-19 16:36 | Voron | I hear those types are super handsome. |
| 2025-03-19 16:36 | Malaclypse | mm |
| 2025-03-19 16:35 | Voron | By the grace of an immortal with host access? |
| 2025-03-19 15:38 | Drathuli | beckon lord |
| 2025-03-19 14:50 | Drathuli | beckon lord |
| 2025-03-19 14:34 | Arcaxios | 3 more levels to go... |
| 2025-03-19 14:34 | Arcaxios | i'm still paying the price for trying early. but it has almost been paid! |
| 2025-03-19 14:34 | Zeero | do you have hero info turned on, arcaxios? |
| 2025-03-19 14:34 | Jamszor | too chicken to try early |
| 2025-03-19 14:34 | Derivative | 653 |
| 2025-03-19 14:34 | Arcaxios | ok. |
| 2025-03-19 14:33 | Jamszor | 653 |
| 2025-03-19 14:33 | Arcaxios | what level were you before you morphed? |
| 2025-03-19 14:33 | Jamszor | ty |

| 2025-03-19 14:24 | Mahal | mm |
| 2025-03-19 14:24 | Zythrak | and once maca hits 101 and he can inspire tank, even better :) |
| 2025-03-19 14:24 | Macarena | now that prerounding went away for melee casters do well |
| 2025-03-19 14:24 | Arcaxios | here is some perspective from me for today. I've gained almost 25 levels at 1/2 exp. That could have been 50 levels... #perspective |
| 2025-03-19 14:23 | Divide | casters hit fine at hero |
| 2025-03-19 14:23 | Zythrak | noted and remembered :) |
| 2025-03-19 14:23 | Jamszor | hero not some charity program :) |
| 2025-03-19 14:23 | Macarena | dont listen to jamszor |
| 2025-03-19 14:23 | Zythrak | funny we want casters at lord but some people don't want to help them level at hero. |
| 2025-03-19 14:23 | Jamszor | bad hitters |
| 2025-03-19 14:22 | Arcaxios | I was confused. I was once told that casters are hitters... |
| 2025-03-19 14:22 | Jamszor | casters are not hitters |
| 2025-03-19 14:22 | Zythrak | They can be :) |
| 2025-03-19 14:22 | Mahal | since when |
| 2025-03-19 14:22 | Jamszor | casters are not hitters |
| 2025-03-19 14:22 | Arcaxios | ok |
| 2025-03-19 14:22 | Macarena | full |
| 2025-03-19 14:22 | Arcaxios | macarena i'll join if you have room? |
| 2025-03-19 14:21 | Macarena | beckon a few hitters |
| 2025-03-19 13:58 | Brenton | oh right. summoning |
| 2025-03-19 13:58 | Brenton | I think green would be the most jealous. |
| 2025-03-19 13:58 | Macarena | I just did summoning quest so I should know |
| 2025-03-19 13:58 | Dhaatu | red or green? |
